PPC management

One team across every paid channel, measured against one number. When Google, Meta and the rest are managed in separate silos, each reports a win while the blended cost of acquiring a customer quietly rises. We plan and report them together.

The problem

Channel silos hide the real number

Every platform claims credit generously. Run three of them separately and the reported conversions can exceed the orders you actually took. The blended view is the only one that corresponds to your bank account.

The second problem is budget inertia. Spend set in January is still running in September because no one owns the decision to move it between channels.

What you get

Deliverables

Written into the engagement, not implied by it.

  • A single blended cost-per-acquisition view across every channel
  • Budget allocation reviewed on a defined cadence, not annually
  • Conversion tracking consistent across platforms
  • Channel-level management: Google, Meta and others where justified
  • Landing page and offer recommendations
  • One weekly report covering all paid activity

How we run it

The process

  1. 01

    Unify measurement

One definition of a conversion, applied consistently so channels can be compared rather than just totalled.

  2. 02

    Allocate

Budget set against blended performance and capacity, not against last year.

  3. 03

    Manage

Each channel run properly in its own right, by people who know that platform.

  4. 04

    Reallocate

On a schedule. Moving budget is a decision someone has to own so we own it and show the reasoning.

Who this is not for

If you are spending on a single channel and it is working, you do not need multi-channel management yet. We will say so.

Questions

About this service

Almost certainly not. More channels mean thinner budgets and slower learning. We would rather run two properly than five badly and the audit usually ends with a recommendation to consolidate rather than expand.

We report platform-reported numbers and the blended view side by side and we treat the blended view as the one that decides budget. Pretending platform attribution is precise would make the reporting easier and less useful.

Weekly, written, in plain language. Monthly we review strategy and budget allocation together.
