Privacy policy

Last updated 15 October 2026 · Cubic Growth

This policy explains what personal information we collect through cubicgrowth.com and in the course of providing our services, why we collect it and what you can do about it.

The short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, what our host logs automatically and, where you allow it, analytics about how the site is used. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone except the processors listed below.

Who we are

Cubic Growth, a marketing services business operating in the United States, contactable at contact@cubicgrowth.com and +1 (402) 876-0234.

The registered entity name and business address must be confirmed and added here before publication.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, business name, email address, website, phone number if you provide one, your service selection and your message. The form also records the page you submitted from and the time.

If you email or call us, we hold that correspondence.

Information collected automatically

Our web host records standard server logs: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time. This happens for every website and is necessary to serve and protect the site.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. That is explained in full under Cookies and analytics below.

Information from client accounts

During an engagement we access marketing platforms you own, through delegated access. The data in those accounts remains yours and under your control. We do not copy it into our own systems beyond what appears in the reports we produce for you.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people read, how they found us and where they leave, so we can improve the site. We use it for nothing else: no advertising cookies, no retargeting, no Google Signals and no ad personalisation.

What it records

Pages viewed, the site or campaign that referred you, approximate location (country and city), device type, browser, operating system, screen size, language, and interactions such as scrolling, clicks on outbound links and form starts. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses; Google uses them only briefly to estimate location. Nothing in it tells us who you are.

Your choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage undercg-consent. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.

Your choice

  • In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept.
  • Everywhere else, analytics runs unless you click Decline.
  • If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Decline wherever you are.

You can change your mind at any time: . Declining does not affect anything else on the site.

Google processes this data on our behalf and may do so in the United States. Analytics data is kept for no more than 14 months, then deleted automatically. Google's own practices are described at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

We share it with processors that make the service work. The current list is maintained on our data security page, which is the authoritative version. In summary: our form processor, our website host, our email provider and Google Analytics.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted once it is clear they are not proceeding. Client records are retained for the engagement and a defined period afterwards for tax and contractual reasons. Specific periods are set out on the data security page.

If you are in California

The CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives California residents the rights above plus the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the Act. Google Analytics is used only to measure this site, not for cross-context advertising. You can still decline it at any time through cookie settings, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals automatically. If any of this ever changes, a conspicuous opt-out link will appear before it does.

Children

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Where a change materially affects how we handle information we already hold, we will tell affected clients directly rather than relying on you to re-read this page.
